Leadership

Pastor Dwight Schultz was called by the congregation of FBCSH as Pastor in February of 2011 after having served as the Associate Pastor since 2005. He has a Master of Divinity degree from Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Central Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor, along with his wife Grace, has been a member of FBCSH since 1995 and served in various capacities of ministry while working for an information technology company before joining the church staff. Pastor and Grace were married in 1989 and have two grown children, Katie and Daniel. 

Pastor Aaron Love began at FBCSH in June of 2019. He has a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Maranatha Baptist University. He is currently working on a Master of Divinity degree from Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Aaron has served in multiple church ministries before God lead him to FBCSH.

He and his wife Elizabeth were married in 2010 and have three children: Chloe, Ella, and Owen. Pastor Aaron and Elizabeth desire Christ to be magnified as they seek to go with, show out, and grow in the gospel. They desire to see people saved and discipled to the praise of God’s glory.

Carl and his wife Donna have been members of FBCSH since 1989. Over the years Carl has served in various areas of leadership and service in the church. In November of 2018, Carl accepted the new role of ‘Lay Pastor of People Care’.
